PRODUCT DESIGN

The illustrations below show our design and CAD rendering capabilities for products outside of the cabinet industry.  From the sketch on the left and a conversation with the inventor we designed a product that is ready for prototyping. The invention was a bottle cap assembly that could meter liquid when the bottle was turned upside down and the device was rotated to various stop points.

The measuring cap and the dispensing concept were shown to a well known international coffee chain that was interested because this device could control the dispensing of their flavored syrups better than standard bottle pumps. However, the company wanted to see a drawing of a dispenser that would hold the upside-down bottles so that the metering caps could function. Our knowledge of metal and plastic fabrication enabled us to develop a workable apparatus that was ready for approval and prototype.
